- Open the official FCSC recruitment portal recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng
- Log in using your registered email address and password
- On your dashboard, click check application/shortlist status.

When is FCSC CBT Examination Date 2026
Since the release of shortlisted candidates in July 2025, applicants have been asking to know, the exact date for the FCSC recruitment CBT examination.
On Sunday, 7th June 2026, the Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) Prof. Tunji Olaopa issued an official statement assuring shortlisted candidates that the computer-Based Test (CBT) will soon be conducted in 2026.
Although the exact date was not mentioned, but the aim of this official state is to debunk online speculation that the FCSC recruitment CBT examination has been cancelled. Some also assume that the recruitment process may have been completed behind the scenes.
The chairman therefore encouraged shortlisted candidates to stay calm and await official communication from the Commission regarding the recruitment CBT examination.
As of June 8, 2026 the Federal Service Commission have not officially release the CBT examination timetable for shortlisted candidates. This page will be updated as soon as the official schedule is out.
Why Has FCSC Recruitment CBT Been Delayed?
Many of the shortlisted candidates whose name were out since 2025 remain anxious and eager to understand the exact reason why the CBT examination have not been held till date.
