Clarity on FRSC Recruitment Process

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) just like many government agencies do follow a systematic process to recruit eligible Nigerians for vacant positions.

Below is a breakdown of the entire process from application to deployment. This way, you will know what is coming next and then prepare ahead.

Phase 1 – Application Submission and Review

The recruitment process official begins when FRSC announces vacant positions which in the 2026 intake are Officer Cadre, Marshal Inspectorate Cadre, and Road Marshal Assistant Cadre.  Interested citizens would then proceed to submit application.

Once the deadline elapse, the human resource department of FRSC will review submitted applications to ascertain alignment with advertised requirements/qualification. Those who meet this criteria will then be shortlisted.

Phase 5 – Training

Phase 6 – Deployment
