About the Federal Judicial Service Commission

The Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC) was established in line with Section 153(1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended). The commission oversees Nigeria’s judicial structure which includes the recruitment of eligible and qualified persons.

Basic Requirements for FJSC Recruitment 2026

  • Only Nigerian citizens by birth or naturalisation are eligible to apply.
  • Interested applicant must be at least 18 years and not more than 40 years at the time of application. (this is still subject to the position though).
