- In this section, you’re to provide your personal information and contact details such as name, date of birth, active email address, mobile number, residential address, state of origin, and Local Government Area (LGA).
- Still under the section 1, upload a recent passport photograph of yourself preferable size is 25KB.
Complete Section 2
In this section, you’re to enter information about your educational background and specialization which includes your primary school, secondary school, and university, polytechnic, or college of education, along with year of graduation.
Next, type inf your area of specialization based on what you studied in tertiary institution. This will serve as your teaching subject specialisation(s).
Proceed to carefully read through the declaration statement, and accept. Then submit application. Once that is done, a unique application ID will be sent to your email, you can print it out or save as PDF.
