Meeting the eligibility requirements is critical to have a successful application or get shortlisted for the next stage.

  • Nationality: Interested applicant must be a Nigerian citizen by birth. Persons with dual nationals are not permitted to apply.
  • Age: The eligible age range for NIS recruitment is 18 and 35 years. Exception for this age is for few specialised roles like medical or legal.
  • Education: Prospective applicant must have at least five (5) credits in either WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings. You must pass English Language and Mathematics.
